At STS Construction, we are pleased to offer a Joint Venture Service. By partnering with landowners in the London area, we enable them to capitalise on their asset and maximise their return.

We bring to the project the equity required for the development of the site, whilst the owner simply puts their land forward. We have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to manage the entire process from initial planning assessment to construction and sales.

Strategy

Our Joint Venture Team will carry out a feasibility assessment to ensure any Joint Venture is viable and will create a strategy to achieve the highest return. By combining experience and an established network of industry leading consultants, experts and specialists, STS Construction is able to ensure that our Joint Venture landowner partners are invested in the solution which provides them the highest return with minimal risk.

Every STS Joint Venture is stringently managed and independently assessed by both our development company STS Homes and STS Construction for cost against budget, and to ensure the forecasted return is either met or exceeded.

With an excellent track record in STS Construction for planning, design and construction, combined with the commercial and financial planning experience in STS Homes, we are uniquely positioned to offer our Joint Venture landowner partners an exceptional packaged service that takes the uncertainty out of the investment, ensuring peace of mind throughout.
