We seek advice from medical professionals such as occupational therapists & physiotherapists to ensure that the plans produced and submitted meet your requirements and needs.
Usually, adaptation works for the disabled are exempt from Planning Permission and Building Regulation Application fees. We will assist you with the application for the exemption of these fees and guide you through the process. Also, in most cases elements of the works are VAT exempt and this is also an area that STS can advise on via our Vat consultant.
